This website is run by Arctic Access Limited, trading as Arctic Scaffolding (registered in England & Wales No. 11943717, registered office Forest Lodge, Minley Road, Blackwater, Camberley, Surrey GU17 9LA), part of Arctic Group. What we collect
If you send an enquiry we collect what you put in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, site postcode, details of the works and any file you attach. We do not collect anything else about you through this website.
How we use it
We use it only to answer your enquiry, visit the site if needed, quote for the work and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and, where you go ahead, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a form-handling service that passes the message to our email inbox. We may share your details with other Arctic Group divisions where your enquiry needs them. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Where we carry out work, we keep records for as long as we need them for the contract, insurance and the law, normally six years after the work ends.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
